Well?

So.

Look.

I'm pro-choice.  So clearly, the past few days have been frustrating.

We all have a lot going on in our lives, and this is like kicking a hornet's nest.

I would ask that if you can spare some grace and kindness to those around you, do it.

And if people in your circle start sharing their stories, listen.  They are your sisters, cousins, neighbors, teachers, students, and friends.

And if you have a story you are part of, give yourself some grace and kindness.

And if you can't offer grace and kindness, just keep your damn mouth shut.

I'm definitely sparing all the grace and kindness I can, especially to those women with lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and other conditions that are treated with Methotrexate or, for that matter, any similar drug that isn't mainly used as an abortifacient but can be.
Pharmacies in Texas and Virginia, and possibly other states as well, are refusing to fill prescriptions for that and other drugs.
Grace and kindness mean understanding that women's healthcare should not be treated lightly.
I also recommend Grace & Frankie.
