OK - so today is the penultimate day of 2018. Which means, resolution time.
I am keeping it simple this year.
1. I want to waste less food. Smarter shopping, smarter buying.
2. I want to start using my reusable bags at the grocery store.
3. Keep writing.
That's it.
Let's be honest. The weight loss thing shouldn't a make or break once a year thing. It's a lifestyle, dammit.
That said, I'm strongly considering Keto. Yeah, I know, I know - gimmicky. But the NP at my doctor's office recommended it, and I thought, you know - that might not be the worst idea. So I have a book on order from a woman who lost 140 pounds. It's called "Dirty, Lazy Keto".
So, yeah. We'll see what happens.
